In this class, he'll divulge the secrets to cooking the perfect steak, chicken, vegetables, and fish, over the fire. He'll demonstrate with New York Strip Steak with Herb Compound Butter, The Perfect Chicken (Wings) with Chipotle-Honey BBQ Sauce, Mixed Grilled Summer Vegetables with Basil-Balsamic Vinaigrette, and Grilled Fish in Foil Pouches with Fennel, Tomatoes, and Olives.
