Chef Rich demonstrates how you can keep grilling right into the cooler weather with a menu that reflects heartier appetites of the season.  He’ll start with a Grilled Shrimp Caesar Salad with Toasty Croutons, and then grill up Double-Butterflied Leg of Lamb with Herb Board Dressing, served with potatoes, and Charred Radicchio with Bacon and Sweet Balsamic Glaze.
