Buttery Traditional Scones will be served with Clotted Cream and Banana Jelly, a favorite of the time. The sweets include Bakewell Tarts, jam, frangipane and icing pastries, and a showpiece Dundee Cake, an almond-studded tea cake, both beloved English treats. Proper tea will be served in family heirloom teacups and Caroline will offer etiquette trivia, Downton gossip, and a commonwealth of historical lore.
