He’ll be discussing and showing samples of chocolate from bean to bar. He will then demonstrate different ways to make ganache, the centers of a truffle, and creating the truffle, from hand-rolling to molding, and finally, enrobing in chocolate. Resident BSC baker, Beth offers hands-on instruction so you can make your own Giant Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting and she’ll give you lots of ideas for variations. In class, you’ll make a tray of your own to take home and refrigerate or freeze until you’re ready to bake them off.
