Hands-On Chocolates with Blissful Wunders Confectionary Chocolats'
Local chocolatier extraordinaire, Bliss Wunders visits BSC to educate you in all things chocolate and guide you in making your own beautiful chocolate creations! He’ll be discussing and showing samples of chocolate from bean to bar. He will then demonstrate different ways to make ganache, the centers of a truffle, and creating the truffle, from hand-rolling to molding, and finally, enrobing in chocolate.
